SOC 2 gap scan across IAM, logging, encryption, backups and change management. One tested restore. Answers for the security questionnaire on your desk. Top cost-waste findings with USD estimates. A prioritized plan and a fixed quote to remediate.
Weeks 1–8
Fix what is blocking a deal or a customer today: the untested backup, the access nobody revoked, the single point of failure everyone already knows about.
Weeks 2–12
Anything a person does twice becomes infrastructure as code, pipelines, environments and runbooks. Knowledge leaves one head.
Ongoing
Cost comes down, reliability goes up, and each month you get a report showing both. Either we keep operating it, or we hand it over cleanly.
