What exactly is the Audit-Ready Cloud Assessment?
Two to three weeks, fixed scope, fixed price. We run a SOC 2 gap scan across IAM, logging, encryption, backups and change management; execute one restore on your infrastructure; produce the answers for a pending security questionnaire; and hand you the top cost-waste findings with USD estimates. You leave with a prioritized plan and a fixed quote to remediate — with no obligation to continue.
How much does it cost?
The Assessment is a single fixed price quoted within 48 hours of the first call, against what you actually run. Anything after that is scoped the same way: a fixed number with an end date. We do not publish the figures because they depend on what the Assessment finds — and we do not sell open-ended hourly work.
Which clouds do you work in?
Google Cloud and AWS. We have executed the AWS to Google Cloud move end to end, and we work in both. We are cloud-neutral by design: our recommendation is about your workload, not about a partner tier we are trying to hit. If you are already committed to Azure, we will tell you honestly that another partner will serve you better.
How quickly can you start?
Usually within two weeks of signing, sometimes sooner. We reply to every inquiry within one business day, and we typically deliver a scoped proposal within three days of the first call.
Can you work with our existing engineers?
Usually the best version of this. Your team keeps ownership and context; we add senior depth, a second opinion and capacity for the work that never reaches the top of the list. We are not there to replace anyone, and we say so to your team on day one.
Does the Assessment work alongside Vanta or Drata?
Yes. Vanta and Drata track evidence and controls; we take your cloud from "gaps found" to "controls actually implemented and evidenced". They are complementary, not competing.
Do you sell AI expertise?
We do not sell what we cannot prove. What we do run in production, and are happy to walk you through, is FORGE — our own governance system for AI agents doing engineering work. When you are ready to put your own AI work into production, we help you set up the same kind of guardrails around it.
Will you sign an NDA, DPA or security questionnaire?
Yes, and we have done all three before, including vendor documentation for SOC 2 audits. TechTrust Solutions is a registered company that contracts directly with clients in the US and Europe.
What happens if we stop working together?
Everything keeps running and everything is yours. Infrastructure as code, runbooks and documentation are part of the work, not an upsell at the end. A clean handover is a legitimate ending, and we plan for it from the start.
